How can I change my password or update my personal information?
To update your details, simply log in to your Misty Mynx account and go to your profile settings. If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries! Just click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page, and we’ll send you an email to help you reset it.
What should I do if I'm having trouble using the website?

How can I track my order?
We understand that waiting for your new Misty Mynx pieces is exciting. You can easily track the journey of your order in a few simple ways :
- Head over to the "My Orders" section in your Misty Mynx account.
- Click the tracking number that’s in your shipment confirmation email.
- For a direct check, visit the DHL website and enter your order number: https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/pages/customer/trackItNowPublic.xhtml
What are the shipping times and costs?
We’re excited to offer standard delivery within Thailand for just 60 THB. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation and shipped on a business day, so it’ll reach you in no time.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Misty Mynx is proud to share our style with the world through our international shipping partner, DHL. Just a heads up: all items shipped internationally are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For our international friends, please note that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges come from your local customs authority and will be the recipient's
responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once you confirm your order, we kick into high gear to get it processed and shipped, so we can’t modify or cancel it afterward. If you decide to change your mind upon delivery, check out our
domestic return policy. We're here for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s the deal with returns and exchanges?
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you’re in Thailand, you can return items within 7 days of receiving them. Just make sure they’re in their original, unworn condition with all the tags still on. Now, for hygiene reasons, cosmetics perfumes should be unopened. Also, items like jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates can’t be exchanged or returned. Keep in mind that items from our "End of Season" sales and any purchases made with online credit are final.
How do I start a return or exchange?
We’ve made this super easy for you:
- Online Returns: Log in to your account and head to "My Orders" to kick things off. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number and email to find the return form. Once approved, you’ll have 7 days to send it back to us.
- In-Store Exchanges: Swing by any Misty Mynx store within 14 days. Bring your item and your Delivery Order (D/O) documents, and our friendly in store stylists will be thrilled to help you out.
When will I see my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 working days. Once everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and issued as a gift card. This card is good for 30 days and will link directly to your Misty Mynx account or the email you used when ordering. If you paid with a credit or debit card, those refunds may take up to 45 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Items from our "End of Season" sales are final, so no returns on those. But items from other promotions? You can return them for a gift card, following our policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take quality seriously. If you think you got a faulty item, reach out to our Customer Relations Department right away at customerservice@jaspal.co.th. Including a photo of the item and your receipt will help us sort things out quickly.
