Returning Items for Domestic Deliveries in Thailand:


Online Return Process

  1. For registered customers: Log in to your account and select "My Orders."
    For non-registered customers: Click "My Orders" at the bottom of the website and provide your order number and email used for the purchase.
  2. Choose the order containing the item you wish to return and select the "Return Items" option.
  3. Fill out the online form and reason for your return.
  4. Click "Submit" to send your return request.
  5. After receiving a confirmation email for the approved return request, send the item back in its complete and original condition, along with the shipping documentation (received within the package), to the following address:

  6. Once our team receives the returned package, they will inspect the item's condition and the return request.
  7. Upon successful inspection, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the returned item. The inspection process typically takes around 3-5 business days.

Store Return Process

  1. Visit the nearest Misty Mynx store with the **Delivery Order (D/O) documents to exchange or return a product.
  2. The store will examine the product within 14 days of purchase to check its warranty period.
  3. The product will also be inspected based on our returns and exchanges policy. If it meets the requirements, the employees will accept the return and provide a new product.
    **Please present the D/O documents when requesting an exchange or return. If you cannot provide the D/O documents, the company reserves the right to accept or refuse the request at their discretion.


International Returns:

 

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not have a return and exchange policy for international shipments. Please make sure to review product details carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter issues related to product quality or receive an incorrect item, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance at customerservice@jaspal.co.th or Tel. 02-118-2000.

Return Period:


Once your return request is confirmed and approved via email, you must return the item to the address and under the company's return conditions within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please refer to the tracking information provided by the courier service used for delivery.
 
Note: The return period includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays


For Items Purchased Online: If you wish to return items purchased online, they must adhere to the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in complete condition, without signs of wear, usage, removed tags, or price tags.
  2. A receipt or order document (Delivery Order - D/O) must be provided along with the returned item.
  3. For cosmetics and perfumes, the packaging, seals, and other components must be in complete and unopened condition, with no damage or defects on the item.
  4. Return eligibility must align with the terms and conditions of each specific promotion detailed on the website.
  5. We reserve the right to decline returns for items listed as exceptions and products ordered during the End of Season period.Please ensure your understanding of our return

policy and meet the mentioned criteria before proceeding with a return.

Refund Details:
Upon completion of the item inspection process, the company will refund the customer the amount paid for the product within 14 business days. However, suppose the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or in a condition different from its original state for any reason, and it does not meet the specified requirements. In that case, the company reserves the right to decline the return of the item or refund as requested by the customer. In such cases, the item that cannot be refunded will be sent back to the original shipping address of the order.

 

Refund Methods:
The available refund methods are as follows:

  1. For customers who chose payment methods like Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or Prompt Pay: You will receive a refund in the form of Online Credit, equivalent to the actual amount paid for the product. To receive the Online Credit, you must sign up as a member on the website. The Online Credit will have a validity period of 30 days from the date it is credited to your member account.
  2. For customers who used credit or debit cards for payment: The refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card or debit card used for the purchase. The refunded amount will appear in the next billing cycle, depending on the policies of the card-issuing bank.
  3. For customers who used Online Credit for purchasing: The company reserves the right to decline the return of the product and the refund in all cases.

 

Note:

  • We reserve the right to decline the return of products at special prices during the End of Season sales, products paid with Online Credit, and products that do not meet the return conditions. Learn more about return conditions at "Return Policy (Applicable only for domestic orders within Thailand)".
  • We also reserve the right to decline the refund of shipping charges (if applicable) in cases where customers change their minds, are unsatisfied, reject the received products, or for other reasons that result in the return of products to the company.
  • If customers want to return products purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts and are eligible for returns, the company will refund in the form of Online Credit only. This applies regardless of the payment method chosen for the order. To use the Online Credit to replace the paid amount, customers must sign up as members and verify their identity before it can be credited to their member account.
  • For products purchased with JPS Club points, if returned, the refund will only be for the actual purchase amount after deducting the redeemed discount. The points used for the discount cannot be refunded to the JPS Member account.

International Returns:

Currently, we do not offer any online services for exchanging products. If you need to return an item, please refer to "Returning Items for Domestic Deliveries in Thailand."

Once your return request is approved, you can return the product to the address below. The cost of returning the product will be solely the customer's responsibility.
