Of course! We accept returns and exchanges for all items purchased online in their original condition with their original receipt and tags still attached.

 

Please read below for more info:

  • You may only request to return an item after you have received your order. 
  • Item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order to be eligible for a return.
  • Any returns or exchanges that are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Please contact our team at customerservice@jaspal.co.th with any questions regarding your return request.

Special Notes:

  • Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales and promotions periods cannot be returned.
  • You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the return period.

1) Online Returns:

  • Log in to your Misty Mynx account and click My Orders
  • Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button
  • Fill out the online form with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
  • Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your details and address before our courier arranges to pick-up your returned item(s).

2) Returns by Post:

To make a return by post, you can contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@jaspal.co.th or at (+66) 2-1182000. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 5:30pm (GMT+7).

Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your product via post or other delivery services to the address below:

International Returns:

For international returns, please email us directly at customerservice@jaspal.co.th and our team will assist you further. 

If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please note the following:

  • Refunds for damaged items will be credited back to the original form of payment as detailed in our Returns Policy.
  • We’ll give you store credit for shipping expenses incurred for the return of damaged items up to 800 Baht. Please attach the original mailing receipt when claiming your refund.
  • Only items confirmed to be damaged before use are eligible for refunds or mailing reimbursements.
  • Any shipping fees above 800 Baht or any import taxes incurred from the return of damaged items will be at the expense of the customer.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your items. You’ll receive a confirmation email if the return is approved.

 

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of being approved (depending upon your financial institution).

 

If you made an order using Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued as store credit in the amount of the purchase.

 

Please note sales or promotional items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Yes! If you’d like to make an exchange, please follow our Returns process.

 

In addition, be sure to let us know the new size you need by writing it on your receipt next to the product you’re exchanging.

 

Please remember items must be in their original condition with their original receipt and tags to be eligible for exchange.
