CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course! We accept returns and exchanges for all items purchased online in their original condition with their original receipt and tags still attached.
Please read below for more info:
- You may only request to return an item after you have received your order.
- Item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order to be eligible for a return.
- Any returns or exchanges that are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Special Notes:
- Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales and promotions periods cannot be returned.
- You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.
- We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the return period.
