DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
If you’d like to return or exchange and item, you will need to pay for the delivery fee. However, if you believe your item is damaged, please read below.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns or exchanges, please email us directly at email@example.com and our team will be happy to help you with the next steps.
If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please note the following:
- Refunds for damaged items will be credited back to the original form of payment as detailed in our Returns Policy.
- You will be given store credit for shipping expenses incurred for the return of damaged items up to 800 Baht. Please attach the original mailing receipt when claiming your refund.
- Only items confirmed to be damaged before use are eligible for refunds or mailing reimbursements.
- Any shipping fees above 800 Baht or any import taxes incurred for the return of damaged items will be at the expense of the customer.
