HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Choose from these three options for making a return in Thailand. Click here for international returns.
- Log in to your Misty Mynx account and click My Orders
- Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button
- Fill out the online form with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
- Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your details and address before our courier arranges to pick-up your returned item(s).
Returns by Post:
To make a return by post, you can contact our customer service team at email@example.com or at (+66) 2-367-2099. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 5:30pm (GMT+7).
Once you receive confirmation from our team, you can return your products via post or other delivery services to the address below:

For international returns, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to help you with the next steps.
If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please note the following
- Refunds for damaged items will be credited back to the original form of payment as detailed in our Returns Policy.
- We’ll give you store credit for shipping expenses incurred for the return of damaged items up to 800 Baht. Please attach the original mailing receipt when claiming your refund.
- Only items confirmed to be damaged before use are eligible for refunds or mailing reimbursements.
- Any shipping fees above 800 Baht or any import taxes incurred from the return of damaged items will be at the expense of the customer.
- Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales and promotions periods cannot be returned.
- You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.
- We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the return period.
